Look it up. The info is there. If you’re presumably wealthy enough to send a kid to Basis, you should be smart enough to figure out legislative tracking of a bill.

This is incorrect.


In March 2024 council members Pinto and Allen sponsored emergency legistlation to prevent DC Smoke from opening right across the street from basis and within 300 ft of the school. The emergency legistlation obviously did not pass. I'm not sure if it ever got put to a vote.
