My daughter enjoyed a (regular, adult) Book of the Month club subscription for a year when she was 15 or 16.

They’re more interested in special editions. Some of the book box companies make gorgeous book and they have YA specific subscriptions. Owl Crate and Illumicrate are examples.
That bookstore is famous and owned by Ann Patchett, so I bet their selections are great, though.
