DOJ has a history of being very management friendly for these types of cases. The agency attorneys encourage managers to take actions.

I've heard good things about this firm https://www.katorparks.com (and I'm not associated with them). I think they've represented some of the high profile agency board members like MSPB who were terminated by the administration.

DOJ employee with 23 years of service enduring major, medically documented, un-disputable health issues. History of excellent performance reviews, but ongoing medical issues are negatively impacting work performance.

Unfortunately the current supervisor and office management were brought in with this administration and seem hellbent on getting rid of everyone. They don’t care about rules/the law and are hostile to experienced employees.

Any attorney recommendations you have for feds and DOJ employees are welcome! Or any experience you have to share. Really appreciate it.
