Insanity is legalizing drugs and killing babies but thinking preventing law abiding citizens from owning self defense firearms and high capacity magazines will keep felons and illegals from getting guns. Illinois has done this, but 95% of the County Sheriffs refuse to enforce it, saying they won't go against the US Constitution.
Where does the Constitution say that halfwits have the right to high-capacity magazines?

You do have to be over 18, rifle, or 21, handgun, to buy ammunition. Possession isn't a crime though.
