I would never think I get a compliment on the fullness of my hair but on my hairstyle or color instead. So yes, if it comes up I tell them the hair products that work for me (All the Redken line) and a referral to my hairstylist if they want as well.
My husband uses Minoxidil but I don't think he tells anyone unless it comes up on the conversation...nothing to be ashamed about.
By the way, Minoxidil and biotin helped him so much and not long term... What really helped for him was a trip to Turkey!
In that case, how common would it be for someone to notice that he has a full head of hair now and specifically ask him "Did you get a hair transplant?"
