Late 40s woman. Seriously dating a retired investment banker who is couple years younger than my exH and 5 years older than me. Sometimes I miss my wh…re years post divorce dating in a big city and feel like I committed too soon . But you don’t look for greener pastures when you are already happy.

Pretty great.

Dating a wonderful man that is vastly different than the ex and better in every way. Love him and neither of us want to merge our lives. It is exactly the type of low investment relationship that I need for this season of my life.

Really good. I’m dating the man of my dreams who is a massive upgrade from xH in every way.

But, I will say, I often question if I even want to date/be in a relationship anymore. Between balancing work, kids, my own interests, and dating, it always feels like I end up dropping balls. And right now a relationship is the thing I’m least interested in.

I have been in a relationship for 3 years. Dating was… confusing because I am a different person than in my 20s and what I want in a partner has matured and evolved. But my radar has glitches in it and I know that now that I’m in therapy so I have to navigate that as well as the men available in their 40s.

Right now I found a loving, sweet, loyal partner… but he has severe ADHD and I’m questioning the future.

60 here. I need a nap. I bailed on a date this afternoon (gave a heads up), kind of feel like I have too many to choose from at the moment. And no they aren't gold diggers or older men looking for a nurse. It's definitely not what I expected when I decided to test the waters again. I heard it was awful out there dating at my age. I'm having fun and still spending plenty of time socializing with my female friends.
