What things add up? How much is MCPS currently spending on salaries? How much on supplies? Transportation? How much on t-shirts?

I don't know, but I'm pretty sure that whatever budget problems the system has won't be solved by not buying a few tshirts, just as my personal budget problems won't be solved by not buying a few candy bars a month.
