Anonymous wrote:I can only speak to my neighborhood in 20854. It’s an excellent school district but we have smaller 1970s homes. We saw things stall out in October. Many houses sat for months and were eventually pulled off the market. A few weeks ago it seemed to pick up. Several homes have recently gone under contract within days. I’m not sure about if they are getting multiple offers or going above asking when appropriately priced as I’m not privy to that info. However, my neighbor’s did go over asking after being very underpriced. I don’t know if they intentionally did that to get a bidding war.
