While not unduly expensive, it's indicative of a mindset that distracts itself in all these wasteful ways, without making acceptable progress on lots of huge problem areas.

Sure. Totally agree. But I still don't think the system wasting $2,000 is enough to get the pitchforks out about.


It’s not just this $2k, but it’s many times over and it adds up.


I'm aware. But this post is specifically focused on the $2k, hence my comments.
