Just get involved and find a good schedule that works for your family. They all have pluses and minuses. But as long as your kid is getting extra work in, it will help.

Have experience with all three. HP great for under 12, but DC felt less challenged over time. Still like their speed/agility classes. False 8 great for technical skills and speed. Capstone good in small groups or private and complete player type skills.

Where is Futstars Academy located?

They have done trainings at nZone right down the road from the Fieldhouse where HP Elite does some classes.

Whichever is easier to get to or that fits with your schedule. I like F8 but in truth HPnis just too far from my house.

My son has liked HP Elite. Look at Futstars Academy too, he has enjoyed that as well. Tried False 8 once and did not really enjoy it.

My son preferred HP Elite over Capstone because of the more targeted class offerings. For him, Capstone felt more like a generic complete-player workout every time (e.g., start with juggling, then ball mastery with cones, then 1v.1s, etc.). At HP Elite, he has done different classes like "Flight" (handling the ball in the air) and "Shooting and Finishing" (totally attack-focused). I think it came down to him just liking the variety more at HP!

Both, capstone and HP elite different days.
