OP - yes urgent care ordered an X Ray and they said it was just a sprain. Will see an ortho soon! Just crowd sourcing to see if anybody else had similar experiences.

I was playing tug of war with my dog in September and she ripped the toy out of my hand and it snapped my wrist. Hurt bad enough I went to urgent care and got it looked at. They said it was a sprain and would get better in a few weeks.
It’s been 6 months now and it is still super sore. I don’t have full range of motion, can’t really do push ups, have lack of grip control. Is this consistent with a bad sprain? Will it get better?
