Alexandria. But you'd need to go private for school.

“Need?” I don’t think so.

I think Vienna would also be good for this, but I can’t stand the traffic through the middle of town

I don't think most of the county-run recreation centers in Fairfax County are near walkable, commercial areas. There is a private facility (McLean Racquet & Health Club) in the central McLean area and a One Life fitness closer to Tysons.

Mount Vernon Rec Center in Belle View is, but OP probably wouldn’t like the schools.

And it's private, but Burke racquet and swim club would be walkable from much of it.

I am not sure this wish list exists in FFX County.

The Fox Mill neighborhood is walkable, there are 3-4 restaurants in the little strip mall and a grocery store. It feeds into Fox Mill Es, Carson MS, and South Lakes HS. I suspect that either the MS or HS will change this year. Fox Mill ES kids might be moved to Skyview. If they are not moved to Skyview, I expect them to be moved to Hughes for MS.

Chantilly has almost all of those. South Lakes and Woodson, maybe.
