Me too. I use 1 tablespoon chia seeds with 1/3 cup whole oats and 2/3 cup milk, and some frozen blueberries. The chia seeds aren't overwhelming this way. I'm not a fan of the really chia-y recipes like chia pudding.

I do a pretty similar recipe (1 tbsp chia, 1/3 oqst). but I use kefir for some extra protein. I like to used the mixed berry frozen blends.

Sometimes if I have some apple slices laying around (my s9n eats a lot of apples), I'll finely chop them in and add cinnamon.

Honestly, I just started drinking it after soaking in water. It really doesn't taste bad.

Otherwise, I do this: https://feelgoodfoodie.net/recipe/3-ingredient-chia-pudding/

And my kids love when I do the above using eggnog or pumpkin pie spice.

I put it in my hot cereals- oatmeal or grits.

I can't stand it in puddings, etc. so I just add it to my cold cereal. It's usually kashi or fruit and fibre or some such cereal and the chia is a pretty nutty addition without being obnoxious like it is when it's supposed to be chocolate pudding.
