You can try a different SSRI or SNRI. I had your issue on Paxil but am just fine with Venlafaxine. Sometimes it just depends on how your unique body chemistry interacts with different meds. But in general, sanity first!

Sex is also important as it gives so much meaning for me being a woman and satisfying my husband so I would always pick that but I don't know how crazy you are getting.

I'm on 75mg of Zoloft which is a very low dose. I unfortunately can't take HRT due to high BC risk. Vaginal estrogen didn't do anything for my sex drive/ability to orgasm.

Right. Despite HRT being promotored as a panacea it does not increase sex drive except to the extent it fixes anything painful vaginally.

You can reduce the dose and that will improve your sex drive while still giving mental health benefits. When I take half the “lowest dose” of my SSRI the balance is much better.

You can add Wellbutrin - this is a very common combo for SSRI side effects.

You also just kind of have to work at it in terms of orgasming. You can get there but it takes a lot more effort!

THIS. There is so much more to life than sex. It would be different if you were 32.

Are you married? How does your spouse feel about your loss of drive?

I've always had anxiety but post-menopause it really went off the rails. I had a terrible summer filled with panic attacks and feeling like I was dying. long story short, I tried a few meds and Zoloft worked GREAT. Mentally I feel fantastic right now. Better than I have in years.
BUT I have no sex drive. Can't orgasm. And that sucks.
Stick with? Go off? Try various other meds? (none of the other ones I tried worked, tho I know there are dozens).
I don't want to send my mental health spiraling, but is it worth never having another orgasm? UGH.
