Our music department has to buy the music. They recycle the same stuff every few years.

Does anyone here know if MCPS currently hold blanket public performance licenses for all schools through ASCAP, BMI, and/or SESAC for student performances? (I know theatre in general usually still has to buy script rights. I'm talking mostly about dance and music. Thanks in advance!
