We use GTM payroll services. As far as healthcare, we provide $500 monthly towards the premium.

An entity? Everyone I know just does a payroll service. I have had a good experience with Poppins Payroll (I’m not the PP). Some people offer extra money for health care but I’ve never heard of anyone offering a plan. I think it would be astronomically expensive for you to do it for just 2 employees. Your employees can get it on the market for far less than what it would cost you to provide it. And same for a 401K. You’re better off just offering extra money that they can invest in Roth 401Ks.

Hi - We are relocating to DC and want someone who can set up an entity for us and handle payroll fully for our nanny and housekeeper (both are full time). We don't want to do any of that process ourselves. Is there someone or a service that you'd recommend?

We also want to provide health insurance but don't know how to go about it. What services do you use? Finally, we'd love to provide a 401K. Any recommendations there?
