Yes. Definitely more cocktail/passed and/or buffet as opposed to sit down.

I haven't seen it myself but understand that Pinstripes at Pike and Rose has a rooftop area. May be call them to see if there's umbrellas, etc. They probably also have high tops so people can circulate instead of sitting. Thinking you can go 90's with chopped or fruit salads in carry cups and what about a mashed potato bar, mini burgers, mini shakes? Also there is a DC location, which may have same.
