My sibling would probably tell the hospital “I told her not to drive after 5pm on a Saturday. That’s what she gets.” And would not come.

And even if they did come, fine, that’s just being a human if I had no one else.

One of my sisters is manipulative. Also a love-bomber.

She always likes to accuse me of not liking family. No. I don't like her. I don't want to spend time with HER.

It's like she's forgotten the times she's accused me of all sorts of things, disregarded confidentiality, called me selfish for moving away to go to grad school, and liked to send me texts about all my negative qualities.

Ive always disliked the notion that you have to be involved with your family because they are your family. If someone is toxic or makes your life worse, you shouldn't feel obligated to keep them in your life.

I really don't like my siblings. They're not nice people. I'm always on DCUM discouraging posters from cutting off relatives but I really don't think I will have anything to do with them once our remaining parent passes away. They're crazy in a way only found in our family and make me feel like shit.
