Also, a lot of people now have a direct connection to the middle east. There are many first and second generation Arabs who don't believe Israeli propaganda and never will. And they talk to their friends and they marry people who aren't Arab and minds change.

I think people are a lot more aware of the propaganda machine and attempts to control the narrative. We know our governments lie, we know their military lies, and we know they've done unspeakable things while trying to portray themselves as victims. I think Israel, like the US, has trashed its reputation for a generation or two, at least.
