How rare is Map-M 201 for first grade? DD loves math. Does CES take into consideration map-M?

I also follow my kids’ scores for similar reasons. One of my DCs has a 504 for reading so I’m ver curious about CKLA. Their scores dropped every time last year but are now slowly going up. The vocabulary continues to be low but the school doesn’t nothing to teach decoding skills to upper elementary grades. Instead, my kid was in a FIT group working on how to write the sentence style responses to word problems in Eureka Math where it asks to explain your thinking. My compacted math kid had a huge bump on the MAP-M (from average high to high). Unsure why there isn’t concern about the reading

That’s what I’m trying to see if it’s true or not.

Winter MAP is not required for MS, but some still do it. Ours requires MAP-M and MAP-R for grades 6-8.

My 8th grader had 299 in MAP M in the fall. 290 for 5th grader is extremely rare. I would say you kid is very gifted.
