Variations: Neighborhood, language (people will pay more for bilingual, less for a nanny who only speaks Spanish and doesn't communicate well in English), years of experience, on the books/off the books, education, benefits (you can probably pay a little less if you're offering a health insurance stipend), hours (weird hours, you'll pay a premium, guaranteed overtime at time and a half, you might be able to pay a little less).
Oh, and think about what you're going to do when the older kid is sick or there's no school or camp. If your nanny is going to be expected to fill in, then you're getting a nanny for three, not two, even if the oldest is in school and/or camp most of the time.
