Bump. I’d love for those to share but I find this unrealistic. Rates are slightly below 6%. Maybe 5.75% if you don’t have a jumbo loan and solid credit.

I’m seeing 4.99 refinance rates listed publicly so 4.5 makes sense for super qualified owners. If anyone is seeing sub 4.99 refinance rates in the DC area, share the lender / credit union!

I’ve read that some people with really good credit and high equity are getting refi rates as low as 4.5% — could this be true?
