We just put everything in a Vanguard S&P500 index fund and leave it alone.

If you really want an advisor, ask Bogleheads.

I know Schwab and I think Vanguard and fidelity will provide free guidance with that amount of money.

If you’re up for it, learn about Bogleheads. Even if you don’t want to DYI it’s very informative.
