Also, prop taxes collected for schools are not included and that (at least around here) is a hefty portion of the typical property tax bill. Probably there too.
Finally, if they did this, how would they fund the other functions of city and county government? Trash collection, police, fire, general infrastructure maintenance, permitting and inspections, recreation, soocial services, etc. etc?
