Such an odd question…AU Park and Palisades are definitely better than Fauxhall and essentially the same as Spring Valley (if you mean the area near all the Spring Valley commercial stuff).

Normanstone has impressive mansions…but I would probably prefer Mass Heights or Kalorama. Obviously, those are like $10MM homes and out of budget for most.
