Well, I think people who insist abortion is murder SHOULD apply the normal murder penalties. In case of rape or incest, they could maybe give the option of parole after 40 years. Otherwise they're saying it's only a little bit murder. Force the issue.

I'm sure Epstein had plenty of abortions on his island.

You have a hemorrhaging pregnant woman come in and either you let her die and you're sued or you're facing the death penalty for saving her life.

I used to cover an ER as a midwife and I wouldn't touch this state with a 10 foot pole.

The answer is let her die.

Which has already happened:

In San Antonio, this woman died of pre-eclampsia. She had the misfortune of it occurring relatively early in her pregnancy. She left behind a husband and teenage son:

And the impregnator male is obviously a conspirator under the felony murder rule, so good luck with that men. Prove the aborted embreyo wasn't yours.

While I think you are attempting to minimize this view point by showing it is fringe, the current federal administration is almost completely staffed by fringe spokespeople. Because of that, this should be taken seriously.

Do not be carrying your pregnancy in this state ladies. This is anti-pregnancy legislation.

Should have put this in the 800 page abortion thread in response to the people who said they weren't going to criminalize abortion.

Fantastic.

Goodbye, TN OB-Gyns. It was nice knowing ya. Medical deserts for everyone! (well, for the women, at least)

Under this legislation, Tennessee women who have abortions could be sentenced with the death penalty.
