It’s not supposed to hit 32 degrees until 12:30pm. I’m in Rockville and we have at 3” of snow on the streets and about 4-5” elsewhere. No chance schools would be ready with heavy snow to shovel and plow. It won’t melt until Tuesday afternoon so expect a 2hr delay or closure Tuesday morning too.
