I also recommend Play N Learn -- they were awesome! I even had a nearby gas line and they did it with no problem. (Obviously dig safe was out and everything)

If you have a corner of your lot to put it in, they will do that. All of our yard is landscaped, so we didn't have anywhere to spread it and we are in VA so it was the red clay type dirt. We paid someone to haul it away. I tried to put it in my yard waste can, but it was so heavy that the garbage men wouldn't take it.
