Why is the punishment so light??

Probably not the kind the Republican narrative wants us all to notice, but....

A "letter of reprimand" is not a strong enough consequence.

Seems like potential grounds for denaturalization to me, but surely at least something stronger than a reprimand is warranted for illegal interference with the election process.
