Personally, I have found that I can run harder, lift heavier and feel more energized since I started taking it six months ago.

I add it to water with half a packet of LMNT and drink with my workout.

I have a shaker and add creatine to collagen peptides and field of greens supplement.

For some reason half a bottle of vitamin water with about 1/3 water added works.

The sugar of the vitamin water helps with the kale stuff.

Plus it has the word vitamin which makes me almost believe it is not sugar water.

I take mine every morning. I mix the creatine into room temp water, mix with a frother, and chug it down. I add more water to the cup to catch any remains at the bottom of the cup.

Takes 2 minutes to do while I wait for my coffee to brew.

+1. It’s sad to see so many faling for
tiktok health trends. Supplements have risks and are not regulated. Eat good regular food.

I do it in my morning coffee. I didn't do any research into whether it was a good/effective idea though, it just works best for me.

I don't like to drink it just mixed into plain water. I was thinking adding it to my morning coffee?? I tried the gummies, but then I got two cavities and so I'm done with that.
