OP here. Would it be odd? I feel as if other moms might think I have nefarious reasons for joining. I can't imagine a lot of other moms would like a 20-30 year old male joining the PTA....
I think that a dad joining the PTA at his own kids’ school would be much less suspicious than a man who is not a dad, or whose kids don’t attend the school.
It’s really hard to advise without knowing if you are a parent, and if you are a parent if you are the primary caregiver during be day.
