Thanks for posting OP. My first thoughts are that they surrounded the vehicle so they put themselves in danger even though all of the evidence that came out after the Renee Good shooting told us that is against policy because it’s dangerous and stupid. And also, why TF are HSI investigators out redirecting traffic around an accident? HSI are supposed to be focusing on “combating transnational crime, including smuggling, human trafficking, cybercrime, and terrorism” i.e. the worst of the worst.

And I know all the sheep Trump followers will repeat the story told by DHS at the time, that he tried to run over an agent so another shot him. But I no longer believe ANYTHING from the mouths of the Gestapo. If their mouths are moving, I assume the words are lies. You have lied too many times, liars.
Kristi Noem got away with this one entirely because there were no phones recording. There are eye witnesses that say he did not attempt to run anyone over. Logic and history tells us that an ICE agent was trigger-happy.
