True, but completely unacceptable. I have almost broken my neck a dozen times in the past 2 weeks trying to access the incredibly inconvenient locations my dog has chosen to poop, but I've done it.
I abhor people who don't clean up after their dogs. It's gross and dangerous, especially for other dogs. Little puppies will eat poop and get parasites that make them really sick. No one forced you to get a dog. If you don't want to clean up after one (totally fair) then don't get one.
