I'm Catholic. If you mean that you need a dress for a Catholic Confirmation, I don't think you should be looking at sundresses because that won't be appropriate. Sundresses expose way too much skin for a teen, especially if she's on the larger side. A little girl might get away with a sundress for First Communion, but a teen needs something more modest.

Lulu's offers plus sizes and has lots of dresses that would work. Or you could get a top that she could wear underneath a sundress to provide more coverage? Or find a nice shrug or cardigan?

I’m looking for a really nice sundress for my daughter’s confirmation. She’s sent me lots of ideas from Amazon (short, straps or halter, blue or pink) and Lulu’s, but the ones she’s sent me just aren’t in her size. Any ideas?
