He believes he may also be autistic and would like to get tested. Can anyone recommend someone in Montgomery County or PG County who does autism testing on young adults/adults? We don't want another full neuropsych evaluation (have already done two over the years). He just wants to know for his own knowledge and perhaps receive some therapy or services/accommodations at school that are appropriate.

Me again, reading more carefully. If he wants accommodations and doesn't currently have any, he will need a full evaluation -- whether a psycho-ed is good enough or he needs a neuropsych will depend on the school. Check with disability services about what documentation they need.
