Hi all, I posted last spring about needing to lose inches off my waist. I successfully did after careful tracking through my fitness pal, a 200 calorie deficit, and strength training 3-5x a week. I took a break over the holidays and ate at maintenance without tracking (but ate mindfully from the lessons I learned during my tracking phase and didn't gain back any weight). I feel great and am really proud of myself! I'm ready to lose more weight/inches and build more muscle. I've started tracking again and am doing peloton strength classes (I've tried others, but I always go back to Peloton). Anyone want to join me for accountability?
