Honestly, I don’t understand why anyone travels to a beach and prefers to sit by a pool. Weird.
Embassy Suites San Juan isn’t ocean front but has lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

FWIW, my dad lives in Naples and said its been very cold for FL (60s). You may need to go more south.
