Gunston did start an indoor soccer league afterschool that anyone can join. They plan to do the same for basketball. They receive a grant


The futsal league is part of the Gunston CC, not the school. A small difference, but just something to keep in mind.

Yes, those sports are competitive, but there is also ultimate frisbee, track, swim, etc. that aren’t.

Both are hard to make as 6th graders. Probably 2-4 6th graders at most.

My son will be in 6th grade at Gunston next year and he’s interested in trying out for soccer and basketball. How competitive is it / how hard to make the team?
