I know! Trying to sort through all of that! I do French press or pourover; think that is coarse and fine. I like good coffee but am not a snob to the point is distinguishing the taste between grinds! I do find my blade grinder a big mess which is why I rarely use it. I often just grind beans at the market but am reading coffee is much better with freshly ground beans.
Do you care if your French press coffee has a little fine grounds in it? If you don't mind I'd go with any reasonably basic burr grinder like a Breville.
If you're very particular about the preparation and grind then go with something nicer like the Baratza Virtuoso.
