Maple street is beyond annoying. I have to go there for some errands and I wouldn’t want to live there to deal with it daily

+1. huge problem with Vienna - you have only one avenue of ingress and egress.

This is just incorrect and anyone that lives in Vienna knows how to get around Maple.

Scrolling through the pictures I thought I was looking at seven different houses. I mean, it's not bad, just weird.

Used to live in Vienna until about a year ago. The traffic on Maple is next level, and yes it is a pain to deal with especially if you need to go down it for your commute. But there is a lot of convenience -- a lot of good restaurants, stores, etc. Now that I've moved south, I wish I had that Maple St problem.

I am curious what OP finds “comparable”, no example was provided. Both McLean and Vienna have homes in diff price ranges and diff types of neighborhoods.

It’s ugly inside, I would not even look at that.

So many of the outside pictures do not seem to match up.

Like the description said, it's a sought-after street. It's right off Beulah near Maple.

It’s 4,500 SF with carpet on the upper floors, and both the land and construction costs are lower than in McLean. Does that mean the profit margin is higher in Vienna?
