Yes, I get annual salary increases. Most years it’s a standard 3% but I’ve gotten bigger bumps as I’ve been promoted. My salary may tap out as far as large increases, but I can’t imagine I would ever stop getting annual 3% adjustments.

Long-term incentive. Bonuses that vest over a period of years. Usually stock but can be cash.

I’m not this poster but IME, the equity is a dollar amount, not a percentage.

I’ve had two in house jobs. At the first, my bonus started at 20% and was up to 35% when I left. At that job, I started with no LTI and got $55,000 in equity by the time I left. Now, my bonus is 30% and my LTI is $70,000.
