I also had this when I was younger (in memo now) and frustrated that there isn’t better research, understanding, and treatment or prevention of this in 2026.
I agree the lack of attention paid to women’s health is horrible. Menopause is having its moment now, hopefully when our daughters are in menopause, they will have a much better roadmap. On the other hand, hormonal issues for teens and 20s is still not really on the map. Which sucks for girls that have issues.
