Three states but all within an hour of driving. I would assume anything within a driving distance is an acceptable answer for what OP is seeking. Try using your brain next time so we don’t have to spell it out for you.

My kids love sending ice chunks down the slide in the winter. Bonus points if it's one of those twisty slides. Yes, they check to be sure no one else is in the path.

What do you mean by “safe”?
They’re still covered in snow, but the snow had gotten dramatically softer and more walkable. Safe enough to limit slips and falls, not safe for non-waterproof footwear.
