This is just an example of a program at Towson:

The Voice Program at the Towson University Speech & Language Center offers voice evaluation and treatment services. We also offer seminars and voice consultations to maximize vocal wellness and assess at-risk behaviors in persons such as school teachers, clergy, lawyers, salespeople or telemarketers, cheerleaders, coaches as well as others who frequently speak loudly for prolonged periods of time.
To make an appointment contact the center.

Posting as an example of what might be available in your area.

It’s definitely possible to improve! It sounds like part of the issue may be behavioral? (My apologies if that’s not what you mean)

I took a small group class years ago where we were videotaped while speaking and then given feedback and coaching.

The group was sponsored by one of the universities in MD that has a speech program. I had to pay out of pocket but the fee was minimal IIRC. You might want to call schools in your area with speech departments.

The class title was something related to professional development and communication, if that helps with terms. Good luck OP!
