I’ve had this situation. Did follow ups and crickets. No suggestion just empathy. Job searching is tough right now.

It's still early the next week. Patience.

How many times is it appropriate to follow up with an employer after interviewing? I had two great interviews with a company, followed up once and received an immediate response that the were still interviewing first round candidates, asked for my patience, and would be in touch early the following week. Well that was a week ago and nothing. Should I follow up again or just move on? I think it looks desperate to keep inquiring.
