Any tips on how to let go of this anger? Normally I'd work out but I am currently injured (one of the reasons I'm mad!) and under doctor's orders not to do any exercise more strenuous than walking -- I can't even do yoga for another week+.
Any ideas?

Journal about what might make you feel better, and do that.
If you’re perimenopausal, and it’s hormonal rage, read a good book or watch a movie that will make you cry to get it out.
Don’t judge yourself. Give yourself some grace.

Simple things like birds and sunrises and the continued existence of Mel Brooks. Big things like shelter and food and the fact that although you are injured you have access to doctors to treat you. The more you look for good things, the more you will find.
