Anything decent right now in Haiti or Venezuela?

Most Caribbean islands have calm water or alternatively water too rough to even enter.

It's not like the Outer Banks.

I think the carribean is mostly calm waters but how about Costa Rica?

My husband's favorite thing is boogie boarding. I want to plan a short trip for the two of us in early December somewhere in the Caribbean where he could boogie board at or near a hotel/resort. We just did Puerto Rico with the kids so maybe not that.

Anyone have a suggestion of a great resort that has boogie boarding waves right there? thank you!
