Most days I don't eat much. Typically 1/2 cup of yogurt with berries and some granola in the AM and then a Factor meal for lunch. Sometimes I will eat dinner/snack/protein bar in the evening. But most of the time I am not even the slightest bit hungry until 9pm or so and I am not eating that late.
Some weeks I have lost a pound. Some weeks four pounds. It has averaged to 2 lbs/week over 15 weeks.
