What riffraff? These schools already do this through admissions testing. They also have a decent chunk of students on scholarships through programs like Prep for Prep and Oliver.


Bump up the tuition a little higher and we can find out.

Selective admissions does that.


Not well enough. They don’t get financial info for families unless they apply for aid.

There will always be people who can pay. To so, it's an estate plan, to others, it's worth the prestige, to other it's immaterial.
