Courageously testifying in open court is how a survivor can give future children protection.

You'd think a victim would want their day in court. What a weird post.

Why do they need a day in court when the MCPS sex offenders have already plead guilty?

Are you confused about how liability works?

A nation that can't try it's criminals in court is doomed.

Use the Epstein victims as inspiration here. Stop erecting straw men arguments.

MCPS spends a fortune in attorneys and these things should not be happening at a school.

No one is going to comment on pending litigation. They're following counsel's advice.

It's going to court. No need for local media to "put pressure" on anyone.

This absurd whining about silence and local media not doing something is unconvincing. Have the day in court and let the chips fall where they may. That's more transparency than anything local media can do. Unless you're just hoping local media does your bidding, which is what it seems like.

Reporting on harm going on in the school system that is overlooked or unresponded to is precisely what local media should be doing. That has nothing to do with my bidding.

Did Janis post something previously with the evidence that all of these claims are truthful and accurate?

You can't settle a case unless both parties want to settle.

Taylor could have settled these cases last summer and spared these victims the trauma of testifying in open court about sexual abuse by MCPS staff.
